Yoga Sivana is committed to helping individuals find a sense of joy and peace in their lives through a continuous process of learning, rebalancing and self discovery. We offer a range of classes, workshops and training all designed to inspire us to live a healthy, harmonious and joyous life; with our central goal being to provide moments which encourage an awekening of the mind, body and spirit.
The traditional definition of yoga refers to much more than just a physical practice. Yoga, in the true sense of the word, means a union of mind, body and spirit, and this can be achieved in many ways. It is for this reason that we take a different approach to the range of classes and services we offer. We strive to provide you with an assortment of activities and avenues for facilitating this union and inspiring you to live a more joyous life.
Take your pick from a range of yoga classes and activities... You may wish to come solely for the physical Yogasana practice, begin a Body & Lifestyle Coaching program, or taste test some of our other forms of yoga which incorporate meditation, relaxation, inspiration and creativity. Come for an art class or chakra exploration workshop, take a nature appreciation walk, or participate in the various outside activities listed on our site.
