Our Hatha classes focus on creating physical integrity through detailed and personalised instruction. In many hatha classes you can also expect a strong focus on the other limbs of yoga, such as meditation and pranayama. Expect to go deeper into the teachings of yoga.
Our Flow classes are a dynamic moving meditation, where postures are linked breath by breath. These classes move at a slightly faster pace than our Hatha classes, but our experienced teachers always provide a mindful approach to alignment. Expect to be challenged physically and mentally.
Yin is a super slowed down practice that incorporates long holds in floor based postures while cultivating mindful awareness. Our Yin classes are the perfect antidote to a fast paced, busy lifestyle. Expect to feel a deep release & to explore your inner landscape.
Yoga Nidra is a body based style of meditation that is practiced lying down on the floor, supported by props. Yoga Nidra is totally guided, no meditation experience necessary. Expect to feel deeply relaxed and nourished.
Our nurturing prenatal classes help to relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy. During each prenatal class you will also learn breathing techniques and meditations for calming the mind and body in preparation for childbirth. Recommended from 12 weeks onward.
Mums & Bubs
This interactive yoga class with baby will allow mum to regain core strength, open and release in tight areas of the body all in a supported environment with other mums & bubs. Recommended for mothers with young bubs up to 8 months old and from 4 weeks post natural birth or 6 weeks post c-section birth
