"Yoga assists us in all aspects of life. It helps us to find a harmony between mind body and spirit, allowing our natural state of joy and peace to flow into our daily lives and all that we do."
KELLY BRYANT YOGA, WHOLISTIC COACHING & CONSCIOUS LIVING
"Yoga assists us in all aspects of life. It helps us to find a harmony between mind body and spirit, allowing our natural state of joy and peace to flow through us into all that we do."
Kelly is a believer in the power of yoga to transform & change our lives. Her interests lie beyond the mere physical practice of the asanas, delving into the deeper wisdom that is innate within each and every one of us.
Kelly first began her journey on the path of yoga in the late 90’s, training with Judy Krupp in Sydney’s North Shore where she practised a combination of Hatha and Iyengar Yoga. It was during this time that her interest in yoga first sparked as a way of maintaining health and vitality and as a means of expanding conscious awareness.
After finishing her Degree in Philosophy at Macquarie University, she spent the next year travelling the world until her journey led her to India where she undertook her Diploma in Yoga Teaching at Yoga Vidya Gurukul. While in India, Kelly trained in traditional Ashtanga Yoga, which focuses on comfortably maintaining postures to gain the full benefits from each asana. Kelly has since studied Yoga Therapy and Movement & Lifestyle Coaching with Mark Breadner & Nicole Goodwin of Body Mind Life, and with Aaron McKenzie of Origin of Energy.
Kelly now teaches Yoga to both adults and Highschool students, offering many courses, retreats and programs throughout the year. Her classes reveal Yoga as a way of life, not just a practice.
"It is all that unites us with our true selves, the infinite power of the Universe & with each other."
Kelly's passion for teaching will inspire & awaken you to the joy and deep peace that comes from aligning with the path that leads towards your own enlightenment. At Sivana, we believe that true enlightenment is not some unattainable state of being reserved for the Buddha's & monks of the world, but a choice that resonates within, raises our vibration & allows us to start consciously creating the life we've always desired.
