HIGHSCHOOL YOGA PROGRAMS
Yoga is a wonderful practice for both adults and teens alike. Our goal to impart the value of health & wellbeing to our students and to teach them valuable life skills that they often miss out on learning through the education system alone.
Through our specifically designed Yoga LIFE Programs, we aim to inspire and awaken students to their highest potential and inner truth, and help them to lead happier and healthier lives.

1 day Workshops (i.e. Yr10 Crossroads/Pathways)
Throughout the term students are encouraged to participate in yoga and exercises to learn to look after the body on a physical level, as well as learning techniques for combating stress and coping with the pressures of growing up and developing their self identity. We cover topics such as goal setting, time management, relationships with self & others and living a happy & healthy lifestyle.
