CORE FOUNDATIONS- with Graham

Wednesdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm and Thursdays 6:30am -7:30am. 

Our 6 week Core Foundations Courses blends strengthening movements to tone and tighten the whole body and especially the "core muscles" of the abdomen, low back and hips; dynamic stretches for key muscles that can reduce low back pain, headaches and tension; and breathwork to cleanse and purify the body/mind.

Movements are practiced with precision, and the focus on breathwork not only assists in dissolving muscular tension, but also enhances the oxygenation of the blood and clears the mind. Exercises are specifically designed to work the key areas of the core, glutes, legs and arms. Streamlining the body whilst cultivating a state of active relaxation to assist with the stresses of everyday life.

Core Foundations is designed to create a vibrantly strong and healthy body, develop body/mind awareness, reduce the risk of injury and low back pain, and enhance active daily movement.

Over the 6 weeks expect to feel stronger with increased endurance; gain toned and tightened glutes and abs; less neck, shoulder and back pain; look and feel taller and leaner as the muscles that have been hibernating and not working efficiently, are awakened to hold you more upright with less effort.

Core Foundations is suitable for all levels and for those who want to build the foundation for optimal health, fitness and vitality.
