200 HR Hatha Teacher Training

Join Cora Geroux & Lyndsey Benn for this 6 month, part time program is an exploration of yoga, meditation, pranayama & philosophy for yoga students who are not yet yoga teachers. It is the perfect way to bridge the gap between being a student, and learning to safely and effectively teach others. It is our highest intention to train confident, authentic and capable new yoga teachers. We believe that in order to achieve this you require personalised attention throughout the course – which is why we hold small, intimate trainings –  so you’ll never get lost in the crowd.

This course is ideally suited to students, those who work full time, or have other commitments during the week as our teacher training is delivered part time over 6 full weekends ( Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and a 5 day residential retreat ( held Thursday – Monday in May ). Our course is held over 6 months so that you have ample time to learn, grow and see real transformation throughout the training.

50 HR Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Join Cora Geroux, Liz Bennett & Em Cruickshank for an anatomy informed,  7 Day - 50 HR Yin Yoga Practice Immersion & Teacher Training. 

Just as the light cannot exist without the dark, yang cannot exist without yin. Yin yoga offers us a balancing force in our yoga practice in relation to the strong dynamic styles of yoga such as hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga. 

Yin and Yang are concepts that govern all of life, yet stem from ancient Taoist philosophy. Indian yogis also held such concepts when they referred to hatha yoga - Ha (sun) Tha (Moon). 

Yin Yoga is a slow, mainly floor based practice where poses are held from 2 - 20 minutes. This style of practice brings immense physical, energetic and mental healing as we work with the Meridian system from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
