Yoga & Meditation For High School Students


This workshop series is designed specifically for high school students who want to learn powerful and effective tools they can use in their everyday lives to:

  • stay focused and calm under pressure
  • release tension and stiffness from study & sport
  • reduce anxiety & depression
  • connect with like minded peers

Please wear comfortable sport gear and bring a towel and a water bottle.
